"Slideman" Guitar

December, 2001. Named "Slideman".
This is/was an Epiphone Les Paul DC with one P90 pickup. The original color was red. The guitar had to be stripped and the pick guard shape altered to accommodate the design on the lower bout of the instrument. In addition to mixing and applying custom stains, there are three coats of polyurethane on the instrument to protect it.
Carved headstock of "Slideman". Again stains had to be mixed to create the "right" color to complement the rest of the instrument.
